Poor Wi-Fi is rarely fixed by buying a more expensive router. In most workplaces, the real issue is coverage, placement, capacity or the cabling behind the wireless network. Reliable Wi-Fi should feel unremarkable because it simply works. If your team is moving closer to the router for video calls, customers cannot connect consistently, or a new section of the building has become a dead zone, it is time to assess the network before those small interruptions start costing time and confidence.
